OAK Securities advises companies on listings of both equity and/or debt using digital exchanges, giving access to a global institutional investor base, ODC often seeks
to cornerstone the offerings.

Our digital assets and securities business is headed up by Nick Price, who has 30+ years’ experience in financial markets, initially as a proprietary bond trader before moving into fund management and latterly corporate finance..
